Return Policy

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will gladly assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. The merchandise must be returned in new condition with all tags attached.

Exchanges & Returns

Refunds or exchanges can only be made within 30 days of purchase. Send your package pre-paid freight to us, stating whether you prefer a refund or an exchange. If an exchange is requested, please state the item number of your desired exchange. Please, include your phone number and/or email address so that we may be able to reach you.

Please return merchandise via UPS or United States Postal Service to ensure safe and traceable delivery. Use the following shipping address for all returns. Thank you.

BirdsEye Creations will gladly provide you with a quote for Special Orders.  Please use the email link above to provide us with dimensions, style, or other specific requirements.  All Special Orders will be confirmed via email or telephone.

Contact us via email, call or fax us if you have an International order you'd like us to fill. We can send you information for the extra shipping costs.

Please allow 4 to 6 weeks delivery on all Special Orders.  Thank you.

New Order: Shipping charges within the continental U.S. are as stated above. Please call for shipping to other destinations.

Returns: If you are returning merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. We do not reimburse you for the original shipping charges. We will reimburse you for the cost of the item only.

Exchanges: If you are exchanging merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. We do not reimburse for shipping charges. The replacement item will also be charged shipping as well.

Incorrect Orders
: If we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise, we apologize. You will be reimbursed for the cost of returning the package to us, and you will not be charged for shipping costs to replace the item.

Credits: A credit will be issued as soon as we receive your return. It may take up to 2 billing periods for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
